Since 2020, Manuel Cerdena-Melgar has served as the finance controller at Bemka House of Caviar in Fort Lauderdale. He manages all financial operations at Bemka, including accounting processes and strategic planning. He strives to support Bemka’s executive leadership team with the data and insight needed to make effective decisions and improve operational efficiency. Manuel Cerdena-Melgar has consistently improved the accuracy of financial reporting during his tenure as finance controller, while reducing closing timelines, strengthening internal controls, and streamlining accounting processes.
Before joining Bemka, Manuel Cerdena-Melgar worked for EMM-Trace, Inc., in Miami. As the finance controller, he drove all financial operations and accounting management initiatives. He gained extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis for metal fabrication and related construction projects.
Manuel Cerdena-Melgar studied business at Universidad Tarapaca in Chile, earning a master of business administration. He also holds a certificate in finance from Florida Atlantic University. Apart from his work as a finance controller at Bemka, he engages with community organizations such as the Masonic Lodge and the Jeep Wrangler Club.
